قرار بشأن طلب المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية إصدار مذكرة توقيف في حق فخامة الرئيس عمر حسن أحمد البشير رئيس جمهورية السودان

Article 3 of this decision reiterates the request by the African Union to the United Nations Security Council to defer the proceedings initiated against President Omer Hassan Ahmed Al-Bashir of the Sudan in accordance with article 16 of the Rome Statute, and requests the African members of the Council to place the matter on the agenda of the Council.
وفي المادة 3 من هذا المقرر، يكرر الاتحاد الأفريقي طلبه إلى مجلس الأمن بأن يرجئ الإجراءات بحق الرئيس عمر حسن أحمد البشير رئيس السودان وفقا للمادة 16 من نظام روما الأساسي، ويطلب إلى الأعضاء الأفريقيين في مجلس الأمن إدراج هذه المسألة على جدول أعمال المجلس.

3 September 2013 In response to a kind invitation by H.E. Omer Hassan Ahmed Al-Bashir, President of the Republic of the Sudan, H.E. Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, paid an official visit to the Sudan accompanied by a high-level ministerial delegation during the period 3 and 4 September 2013.
قام فخامة سلفا كير ميارديت رئيس جمهورية جنوب السودان بزيارة رسمية للسودان مصحوبا بوفد وزاري رفيع المستوى يومي 3 و 4 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013، وذلك استجابة للدعوة المشكورة التي وجهها إليه فخامة عمر حسن أحمد البشير رئيس جمهورية السودان.

President Omer Hassan Ahmed Al-Bashir reaffirmed in his address to the Millennium Summit the commitment of the Government of the Sudan to a just and lasting political solution based on the following. First, there should be an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in order to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance to the needy and to create a conducive atmosphere and confidence-building measures for the success of the peace efforts.
لقد أكد السيد الرئيس عمر حسن أحمد البشير في خطابه أمام القمة الألفية موقف حكومة السودان الداعي لإيجاد حل سياسي عادل للنزاع في جنوب السودان يقوم على الأسس التالية: أولا، وقف فوري وشامل لإطلاق النار بهدف تسهيل وصول المساعدات الإنسانية للمتضررين ولتهيئة الأجواء وبناء الثقة كأساس لإنجاح جهود الحل السلمي.
