)أ( الاستخدام الكامل لنظم المعلومات ومراكز تبادل المعلومات ذات الصلة القائمة على الصﱡعد الوطنية ودون الاقليمية والاقليمية والدولية من أجل نشر المعلومات عن التكنولوجيات المتاحة ومصادرها ومخاطرها البيئية والشروط العامة التي يمكن بها حيازتها؛
