1 - تعيد تأكيد ضرورة أن تولي المنتديات الدولية لنزع السلاح الاعتبار التام للمعايير البيئية في هذا المجال عند التفاوض بشأن معاهدات واتفاقات نزع السلاح والحد من الأسلحة وأن تسهم جميع الدول بأعمالها على نحو تام في كفالة التقيد بالمعايير المذكورة آنفا لدى تنفيذ المعاهدات والاتفاقيات التي هي أطراف فيها؛
