Requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to assist the Government of Chile in the preparations for the Fourth World Summit and invites Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary contributions for those purposes in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations. Encourages Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary resources to support the work of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to assist Member States in countering maritime piracy off the coast of Somalia, within its mandate, including through its relevant regional programme, the Trust Fund and bilateral technical assistance;
2- تشجّع الدول الأعضاء وغيرها من الجهات المانحة على تقديم موارد خارج إطار الميزانية لدعم عمل مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة في مساعدة الدول الأعضاء على مكافحة القرصنة البحرية قبالة سواحل الصومال، ضمن الولاية المسندة إليه، بما في ذلك من خلال برنامجه الإقليمي ذي الصلة والصندوق الاستئماني والمساعدة التقنية الثنائية؛

10. Requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to assist, upon request, Member States in strengthening and, where appropriate, developing their data-collection and reporting capacities, including the analysis and dissemination of data;
