(ii) Advice on questions relating to the interpretation and application of the Charter, legal agreements, United Nations resolutions and general questions of public international law to ensure uniform and consistent practice of the law;
' 2` إسداء المشورة بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بتفسير وتطبيق الميثاق، والاتفاقات القانونية، وقرارات الأمم المتحدة والمسائل العامة المتعلقة بالقانون الدولي العام، ضمانا للتوحيد والاتساق في ممارسة القانون؛

(iii) Advice on questions relating to the interpretation and application of the Charter, legal agreements, United Nations resolutions and general questions of public international law to ensure uniform and consistent practice of the law;

(i) Legal advice on questions relating to the interpretation and application of the Charter of the United Nations, regulations and rules, multilateral or bilateral treaties and agreements, and United Nations resolutions and decisions, so as to ensure uniform and consistent practice of the law;
' ١ ' إسداء المشورة القانونية بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بتفسير وتطبيق ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة واﻷنظمة والقواعد والمعاهدات والاتفاقات الثنائية أو المتعددة اﻷطراف، وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ومقرراتها، بغية كفالة التوحيد والاتساق في ممارسة القانون؛

a. Legal advice on questions relating to the interpretation and application of the Charter of the United Nations and other constitutive instruments, multilateral or bilateral treaties and agreements, United Nations resolutions, decisions, regulations and rules, and general questions of public international law, so as to ensure uniform and consistent practice of the law;
أ - إسداء المشورة القانونية بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بتفسير وتطبيق ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة والصكوك التأسيسية، والمعاهدات والاتفاقات المتعددة اﻷطراف أو الثنائية، وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ومقرراتها وأنظمتها وقواعدها، والمسائل العامة المتعلقة بالقانون الدولي العام، بغية كفالة التوحيد والاتساق في ممارسة القانون؛

a. Legal advice on questions relating to the interpretation and application of the Charter and other constitutive instruments, multilateral or bilateral treaties and agreements, United Nations resolutions, decisions, regulations and rules and general questions of public international law, so as to ensure uniform and consistent practice of the law;
أ - إسداء المشورة القانونية بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بتفسير وتطبيق الميثاق والصكوك التأسيسية اﻷخرى، والمعاهدات والاتفاقات المتعددة اﻷطراف أو الثنائية، وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ومقرراتها وأنظمتها وقواعدها، والمسائل العامة المتعلقة بالقانون الدولي العام، بغية كفالة التوحيد والاتساق في ممارسة القانون؛

(iii) Advice and assistance on maintaining privileges and immunities of the Fund; advice on questions relating to the interpretation and application of the UNJSPF Regulations, administrative polices and procedures; negotiations of agreements and other legal instruments with international and intergovernmental organizations; codification of jurisprudence of the Standing Committee and Administrative Tribunal cases.
' 3` تقديم المشورة والمساعدة على حفظ امتيازات وحصانات الصندوق؛ وإسداء المشورة بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بتفسير وتطبيق النظام الإداري للصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي الأمم المتحدة، وسياساته وإجراءاته الإدارية؛ والتفاوض بشان الاتفاقات وغيرها من الصكوك القانونية مع المنظمات الدولية والحكومية الدولية؛ وتدوين الاجتهاد القضائي للجنة الدائمة ولقضايا المحكمة الإدارية.
