وإذ نستذكر ونلاحظ مع التقدير مدخلات مشروع المبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة التي وافق عليها المشاركون في حلقة التدارس الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المستدامة التي عُقدت في مقاطعتي تشيانغ ماي وتشيانغ راي، بتايلند، من 6 إلى 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011،(ح)

As the first part of the International Workshop and Conference on Alternative Development, the Government of Thailand organized the International Seminar Workshop on Sustainable Alternative Development, in association with the Government of Peru and in close collaboration with UNODC, in November 2011.
2- وفي إطار الجزء الأول من حلقة العمل الدولية والمؤتمر الدولي بشأن التنمية البديلة، نظَّمت حكومة تايلند حلقة التدارس الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المستدامة بالاشتراك مع حكومة بيرو وبالتعاون الوثيق مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة، في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011.

With a view to fostering international cooperation based on the principles of shared responsibility and an integrated and balanced approach, the high-level International Conference on Alternative Development was held in Lima from 14 to 16 November 2012, as follow-up to the International Seminar Workshop on Sustainable Alternative Development, held in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai, Thailand, from 6 to 12 November 2011.
65- وبغية تعزيز التعاون الدولي على أساس مبادئ المسؤولية المشتركة واعتماد نهج متوازن ومتكامل، عُقد المؤتمر الدولي الرفيع المستوى بشأن التنمية البديلة في ليما من 14 إلى 16 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012، وذلك على سبيل متابعة حلقة العمل الدراسية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المستدامة التي عُقدت في شيانغ راي وشيانغ ماي، تايلند، من 6 إلى 12 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011.
