32. The Unit looks forward to working together with Member States and the secretariats of the participating organizations on this urgent matter and other measures to increase further the impact of the Unit and other oversight mechanisms on the cost-effectiveness of United Nations system activities.
٢٣ - وتتطلع الوحدة إلى العمل مع الدول اﻷعضاء وأمانات المنظمات المشاركة على هذه المسألة المستعجلة وعلى التدابير اﻷخرى لزيادة تأثير الوحدة وسائر آليات المراقبة على فعالية تكاليف أنشطة منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

The scheme takes into account relevant United Nations General Assembly resolutions, including resolution 50/233, which established the principle that the impact of the Unit on the cost-effectiveness of activities within the United Nations system is a shared responsibility of the Member States, the Unit and the secretariats of the participating organizations.
