The Office of Internal Oversight Services also conducted triennial reviews of the implementation of the recommendations made by the Committee for Programme and Coordination at its thirty-sixth session on the evaluation of the Department of Public Information and of the termination phase of peacekeeping operations.
٦٣٣ - كما اضطلع المكتب باستعراضات تجري كل ثلاث سنوات لتنفيذ التوصيات الصادرة عن لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين بشأن تقييم إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام لمرحلة إنهاء عمليات حفظ السلام.

At its 4th meeting, on 8 June 1999, the Committee considered the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the triennial review of the implementation of the recommendations made by the Committee for Programme and Coordination at its thirty-sixth session on the evaluation of the Department of Public Information, transmitted under cover of a note by the Secretary-General (E/AC.51/1999/4).
٤١٥ - في الجلسة الرابعة، المعقودة في ٨ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٩، نظرت اللجنة في تقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية عن الاستعراض الذي يجري كل ثلاث سنوات لتنفيذ التوصيات المقدمة من لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين بشأن تقييم إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام، الذي أحيل مرفقا بمذكرة من اﻷمين العام )E/AC.51/1999/4(.

In conformity with paragraph 5 (e) (i) of General Assembly resolution 48/218 B of 29 July 1994, the Secretary-General has the honour to transmit the attached report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the triennial review of the implementation of the recommendations made by the Committee for Programme and Coordination at its thirty-sixth session on the evaluation of the Department of Public Information, dated 30 March 1999.
