Pursuant to the Rules of the Tribunal and the resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal, the Tribunal will meet for deliberations and hearings in 2014 and 2015 as follows:

On the basis of the consultations with the parties and pursuant to the Rules of the Tribunal and the resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal, the Tribunal will meet for deliberations and hearings in 2012 and 2013 as follows:

43. The Tribunal at its fourth session also considered the resolution on the internal judicial practice pursuant to article 40 of the Rules of the Tribunal.
٤٣ - ونظرت المحكمة أيضا في دورتها الرابعة في القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية عملا بالمادة ٤٠ من لائحة المحكمة.

(d) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under article 7 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 13 days; January-April 2015

3. At its fourth session the Tribunal completed work on the organization of its judicial procedures with the adoption of the Rules of the Tribunal, Guidelines concerning the Preparation and Presentation of Cases before the Tribunal and the Resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal.
٣ - وأنهت المحكمة في دورتها الرابعة اﻷعمال المتعلقة بتنظيم إجراءاتها القضائية باعتماد لائحة المحكمة، والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بإعداد وعرض القضايا على المحكمة والقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة.

14. The frequency and duration of meetings during the year are to a great extent dictated by the number and nature of the cases submitted to the Tribunal and the requirements of the Statute, the Rules of the Tribunal and the Resolution on the internal judicial practice, as they apply to those cases.
١٤ - ويتحدد عدد الاجتماعات ومدتها خلال السنة إلى درجة كبيرة وفقا لعدد وطبيعة القضايا المعروضة على المحكمة ومتطلبات النظام اﻷساسي، ولائحة المحكمة والقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية بحسب انطباقها على تلك القضايا.

2. Adoption of the Resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal, which is to set out in detail the practices to be followed by the Tribunal in the discharge of its judicial function.
٢ - اعتماد القرار المتعلق بالممارسات القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة الذي سيحدد بالتفصيل الممارسات التي يتعين على المحكمة اتباعها في الاضطلاع بوظيفتها القضائية؛

49. On 31 October 1997, during the fourth session, the Tribunal adopted the Resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal, pursuant to article 40 of the Rules.
٤٩ - في ٢١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٧، خلال الدورة الرابعة، اتخذت المحكمة القرار المتعلق بالممارسات القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة، عملا بالمادة ٤٠ من نظام المحكمة.

(d) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under articles 7 and 11 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal: five weeks;

38. The Committee on Rules and Judicial Practice is entrusted with keeping under review the Rules of the Tribunal and their application, the Resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal and the Guidelines concerning the Preparation and Presentation of Cases before the Tribunal.
٣٨ - اللجنة المعنية بالنظام وبالممارسـات القضائيـة مكلفـة بأن تبقـي قيــد الاستعـراض نظـام المحكمة وتطبيقه، والقرار المتعلق بالممارسات القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بإعداد القضايا وعرضها على المحكمة.

10. In his introductory statement, the President of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea highlighted the achievements of the Tribunal, especially the establishment of chambers and the adoption of the Rules of the Tribunal and Resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal, as well as of Guidelines concerning the Preparation and Presentation of Cases before the Tribunal.
١٠ - وتحدث رئيس المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار في بيانه الاستهلالي عن المنجزات التي حققتها المحكمة وأبرز منها إنشاء الغرف، وإقرار نظام المحكمة، والقرار المتعلق بالممارسات القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة، والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بإعداد القضايا وعرضها على المحكمة.
