21. His delegation shared the views expressed in the report on the International Year of Mountains (A/58/134), on the need to continue the promotion of sustainable development in mountain areas beyond the Year. He supported the recommendations on advancing the objectives of the Year through various measures, such as strengthening of inter-agency collaboration, establishment of national committees and exchange of information.
21 - وخلص إلى القول بأن وفده يُشارك الآراء المعرب عنها في التقرير المطروح عن السنة الدولية للجبال (A/58/134) فيما يخص الحاجة لمواصلة تعزيز التنمية المستدامة في المناطق الجبلية بعد انقضاء السنة ثم أعرب عن تأييده التوصيات المتعلقة بتوخي تحقيق أهداف السنة من خلال تدابير مختلفة ومنها دعم التعاون فيما بين الوكالات وإنشاء لجان وطنية وتبادل المعلومات.
