It further recommends that the State party ensure that all relevant medical and law enforcement personnel are trained on the Istanbul Protocol (2004) and take measures to ensure that the standards contained therein are properly applied in practice.
وتوصي كذلك بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف تدريب جميع الموظفين الطبيين والموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القانون المعنيين فيما يتعلق ببروتوكول اسطنبول (2004)، وأن تتخذ التدابير التي تضمن بالفعل تطبيق المعايير الواردة في البروتوكول على النحو الواجب.

It also regrets the lack of information concerning training on the Istanbul Protocol for personnel involved in investigating, identifying and dealing with cases of torture (art. 10).

(ب) تنظيم دورات تدريبية على بروتوكول اسطنبول بصورة منتظمة ومنهجية للعاملين في القطاع الطبي وللأطباء الشرعيين والقضاة والمدعين العامين وغيرهم ممّن يشاركون في عمليات الاحتجاز أو الاستجواب أو التعامل مع أي شخص يخضع للتوقيف أو الاحتجاز أو السجن، فضلاً عمن يشاركون في التحقيقات بشأن حالات التعذيب؛
