The Plan of Action provides a comprehensive framework for translating into action the strategic directions highlighted in the ministerial Declaration on the Strengthening of Economic Cooperation in Europe.

His delegation would support the reform of the Commission, in accordance with the documents that had been adopted, namely the Declaration on the Strengthening of Economic Cooperation in Europe and the Plan of Action, which defined the mandate and the strategic directions of the Commission’s future activities.
