" 10 - تدعو اللجنة المخصصة إلى أن تضع في الاعتبار مساهمات الأجهزة الفرعية للأمم المتحدة وأن تشرك بصورة وثيقة منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية ومؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية في عملية المفاوضات؛
