New regulation 38, therefore, provides that the Commission may from time to time issue recommendations of a technical or administrative nature for the guidance of contractors to assist them in the implementation of the rules, regulations and procedures of the Authority.

1. The Legal and Technical Commission may from time to time issue recommendations of a technical or administrative nature for the guidance of contractors to assist them in the implementation of the rules, regulations and procedures of the Authority.
1 - للجنـــة القانونية والتقنيــــة أن تصدر من حين لآخر توصيــــات ذات طابــــع تقــني أو إداري لإرشاد المتعاقدين بقصد مساعدتهم في تنفيذ قواعد السلطة وأنظمتها وإجراءاتها.

3. The Committee on Budget and Finance shall be responsible for the technical examination of any document to the Assembly that contains financial or budgetary implications or any other matter of a financial, budgetary or administrative nature, as may be entrusted to it by the Assembly of States Parties.
3 - تكون لجنة الميزانية والمالية مسؤولة عن الدراسة التقنية لأي وثيقة تقدم إلى الجمعية تترتب عليه آثار مالية أو آثار في الميزانية أو أي مسألة أخرى ذات طابع إداري تعهد إليها من قبل جمعية الدول الأطراف.
