2. In the event that an employee is dismissed or is otherwise treated unfairly because the employee has demanded the wage differential or other benefits pursuant to paragraph 1 above, the employer shall disburse to the employee compensation that shall not be greater than an amount equal to the employee's wages for twenty (20) weeks.
