4. After the entry into force of this Amendment, as provided under paragraphs 1 and 2, it shall enter into force for any other Party to the Protocol on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
4 - وعقب بدء نفاذ هذا التعديل، على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرتين 1 و2، يبدأ نفاذ التعديل على أي طرف آخر في البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين التالي للتاريخ الذي يودع فيه صكه للتصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة.

With regard to the ratification of the Copenhagen Amendment by the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya on 24 September 2004, Article 3 of that Amendment stated that the Amendment would enter into force for any other Party to the Protocol on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
110- وفيما يتعلق بالتصديق على تعديل كوبنهاجن من جانب الجماهيرية العربية الليبية في 24 أيلول/سبتمبر 2004، نصت المادة 3 من هذا التعديل على أن التعديل يدخل حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لأي طرف آخر بالبروتوكول في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع صك التصديق، أو القبول أو الموافقة.
