وإذ تضع في اعتبارها ضرورة إيلاء اهتمام خاص لتعيين موظفين من الدول الأعضاء غير الممثلة أو ناقصة التمثيل، لا سيما البلدان النامية، في مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بما يحسِّن التكوين الحالي للملاك على أساس توزيع جغرافي أكثر إنصافا،

وإذ تأخذ في الاعتبار الحاجة إلى ايلاء اهتمام خاص لتعيين موظفين من البلدان النامية في مركز حقوق اﻹنسان وكذلك، في هذا الصدد، إلى تحسين التكوين الحالي لملاك موظفي المركز على أساس توزيع جغرافي أكثر انصافا،

It also requested the Secretary-General to adopt the necessary measures to pay particular attention to the recruitment to the Centre for Human Rights of personnel from developing countries, to ensure equitable geographical distribution, and in this regard to give priority in particular to recruitment to high-level and Professional posts and also to the recruitment of women.
وطلبت إليه أيضا أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة ﻹيلاء اهتمام خاص لتعيين موظفين من البلدان النامية في مركز حقوق اﻹنسان ولضمان التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك، في هذا الصدد، ﻹعطاء اﻷولوية بوجه خاص للتعيين في الوظائف العليا والوظائف من الفئة الفنية وكذلك لتعيين النساء.

3. Requests the Secretary-General to adopt the necessary measures to pay particular attention to the recruitment for the Centre for Human Rights of personnel from developing countries, for the existing vacancies as well as for additional ones, to ensure equitable geographical distribution, giving priority in particular in this regard to recruitment to high-level and Professional posts and to the recruitment of women;
٣- تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة ﻹيلاء اهتمام خاص لتعيين موظفين من البلدان النامية لمركز حقوق اﻹنسان، فيما يوجد من شواغر وأيضاً في الوظائف اﻹضافية، وذلك لضمان توزيع جغرافي عادل، مع إيلاء اﻷولوية بصفة خاصة في هذا الشأن للتعيين في الوظائف العليا ووظائف الفئة الفنية ولتعيين النساء؛

2. Requests the Secretary-General to adopt the necessary measures to pay particular attention to the recruitment to the Centre for Human Rights of personnel from developing countries, to ensure equitable geographical distribution, and in this regard to give priority in particular to recruitment to high-level and Professional posts and also to the recruitment of women;
٢ - ترجو من اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة ﻹيلاء اهتمام خاص لتعيين موظفين من البلدان النامية في مركز حقوق اﻹنسان، ولضمان التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك، في هذا الصدد، ﻹعطاء اﻷولوية بوجه خاص للتعيين في الوظائف العليا والوظائف من الفئة الفنية وكذلك لتعيين النساء؛

(a) At the end of the fifth preambular paragraph, after the words " United Nations " , the following words were added " ,emphasizing the desirability of paying particular attention to the recruitment to the Centre for Human Rights of persons from under-represented countries " ;
)أ( في نهاية الفقرة الخامسة من الديباجة، اضيفت بعد كلمتي " اﻷمم المتحدة " ، العبارة التاليه: " مع التأكيد على أنه يستحسن إيلاء اهتمام خاص لتعيين أشخاص من البلدان اﻷقل تمثيلا في مركز حقوق الانسان " ؛
