The Committee had also considered the process for the evaluation of perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, its salts and perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride, the approach to the evaluation of chemicals in accordance with Annex E to the Convention and how to assess the possible impact of climate change on the work of the Committee, and it had agreed on draft guidance on those matters for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its next meeting.

The Conference of the Parties understands that a copy of the draft Secretariat budget will be shared with the Executive Director for review and comments in respect of any matters of direct relevance to the role and functions of the Executive Director before the final proposed budget is submitted by the Executive Secretary for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its next meeting.

(c) If contributions of any Parties have not been received by 31 December of the relevant year, the head of the Secretariat shall write to those Parties to impress upon them the importance of paying their respective arrears for prior periods and shall report to the Conference of the Parties at its next meeting on the consultations with such Parties;
(ج) إذا لم يتم استلام مساهمات أي أطراف بحلول 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر من السنة ذات الصلة، يقوم رئيس الأمانة بمراسلة تلك الأطراف ليشدِّد على أهمية تسديد مساهماتها المتأخرة للفترات السابقة، ويقوم بإبلاغ مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه المقبل بالمشاورات التي أجراها مع تلك الأطراف؛
