In accordance with the request of the Security Council, and taking into account the views expressed by the members of its Working Group on Children and Armed Conflict, the fourth part of the report (section V) provides information on the criteria and procedures used for listing and de-listing parties to armed conflict in the annexes of my report.
3 - وبناء على طلب مجلس الأمن، ومراعاةً لما أعرب عنه أعضاء الفريق العامل المعني بالأطفال والنـزاع المسلح من آراء، يقدم الجزء الرابع من التقرير (الفرع الخامس) معلومات عن المعايير المطبّقة والإجراءات المتبعة في إدراج أطراف النزاع المسلح في مرفَقَيْ تقريري أو رفعها منهما.

16. Calls upon all parties to armed conflict in the CAR, including Seleka elements to issue clear orders against sexual violence, and further calls upon those parties to make and implement specific commitments on timely investigation of alleged abuses in order to hold perpetrators accountable, in line with its resolution 1960 (2010), and to facilitate immediate access for victims of sexual violence to available services;

39. Illicit exploitation of natural resources by parties to armed conflict in war-affected areas adversely affects children by enabling parties to acquire the materials to continue the war and by diverting resources that should be feeding educational and social infrastructures.
39 - يؤثر استغلال الأطراف في الصراعات المسلحة للموارد الطبيعية بصورة غير مشروعة في المناطق المتأثرة بالحرب تأثيرا سلبيا على الأطفال حيث يتيح للأطراف الحصول على المواد اللازمة لمواصلة الحرب، وتحويل الموارد التي كان ينبغي تكريسها للبنى الأساسية التعليمية والاجتماعية.

" The Council reaffirms its strong condemnation of the recruitment and use of child soldiers by parties to armed conflict in violation of international obligations applicable to them and of all other violations and abuses committed against children in situations of armed conflict.
