At the same time, the agreements entered into by the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade would make it necessary to review the services rendered by the Consolidated List with a view to delineating the future publication of the List.

At its first meeting, in decision RC-1/15 on cooperation with the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade requested the secretariat in decision RC-1/15, on Cooperation with the World Trade Organization, to take the following actions:

Reference is made to decision VIII/8 adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting, to decision SC-2/15 of the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants and to decision RC3/8 of the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade.
