Pursuant to article 15 of annex III to the Convention, each contract shall include as a schedule a practical programme for the training of personnel of the Authority and developing States and drawn up by the contractor in cooperation with the Authority and the sponsoring State or States.

16. In accordance with the applicable regulations, each contractor is required to draw up a programme for the training of personnel of the Authority and developing States.
