٤١ - تضطلع اﻷمم المتحدة بمسؤولية تكاليف النقل الداخلي للمعدات الرئيسية بين موقع أصلي متفق عليه وميناء المغادرة/الوصول.

Also recommend that this factor of 2 per cent be increased by .25 per cent for each completed 500 miles after the first 500 miles along the consignment route between the port of embarkation and the port of entry to the mission area.
