1. Action Plan for the Implementation of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction
١ - خطة العمل لتنفيذ الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات

“9. Objective 3. To develop and implement, by the year 2003, national strategies fully incorporating the guiding principles set out in the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction.
" ٩ - الهدف ٣: صوغ استراتيجيات وطنية تجسد تماما المبادىء التوجيهية الواردة في اﻹعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات، وتنفيذ تلك الاستراتيجيات بحلول عام ٣٠٠٢.

(a) Undertake that the present Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction shall direct our actions;
)أ( نأخذ على عاتقنا الاهتداء في أعمالنا بهذا اﻹعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات؛

To apply the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction in order to achieve significant and measurable results in reducing the demand for drugs by the year 2008 and to report on those results to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs.
٧ - الهدف ١ : تطبيق الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات من أجل تحقيق نتائج ملحوظة وقابلة للقياس في هذا المجال بحلول عام ٨٠٠٢ ، وتقديم تقرير عن تلك النتائج الى لجنة المخدرات .

It also provided a sound basis for the deliberations of the Commission, particularly with regard to the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction.
كما أنه يوفر أساسا سليما لمداولات اللجنة ، خصوصا فيما يتعلق بخطة العمل لتنفيذ الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات .

At its second session, the Commission acting as preparatory body for the twentieth special session of the General Assembly completed its work and submitted for adoption by the Assembly the draft Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction.
وأنجزت اللجنة ، في دورتها الثانية عملها ، بصفتها الهيئة التحضيرية للدورة الاستثنائية العشرين للجمعية العامة ، وقدمت الى الجمعية مشروع الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لتقليل الطلب لاعتماده .

(a) Undertake that this Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction shall direct our actions;
)أ( نأخذ على عاتقنا الاهتداء في أعمالنا بهذا اﻹعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب غير المشروع على المخدرات؛

A landmark achievement of the twentieth special session was the adoption of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction (General Assembly resolution S-20/3, annex).
١٢ - كان من بين المنجزات التاريخية للدورة الاستثنائية العشرين اعتماد الاعلان المتعلق بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب علـى المخدرات )قرار الجمعيـة العامـة دإ-٠٢/٣، المرفق(.

To apply the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction in order to achieve significant and measurable results in reducing the demand for drugs by 2008 and to report on those results to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs.
٧ - الهدف ١: تطبيق اﻹعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات من أجل تحقيق نتائج ملحوظة وقابلة للقياس في هذا المجال بحلول عام ٨٠٠٢، وتقديم تقرير عن تلك النتائج إلى لجنة المخدرات.

11. The Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction and the action plan for the implementation of the Declaration, currently being elaborated by Member States, integrate and extend the measures related to demand reduction covered in the Global Programme of Action.
١١ - ويعمل الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات وخطة العمل المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاعلان ، التي تعكف الدول اﻷعضاء على صوغ تفاصيلها حاليا ، على اكمال وتوسيع التدابير المتصلة بخفض الطلب المشمولة ببرنامج العمل العالمي .

26. Countries will be assisted to develop strategies, policies and programmes to implement the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction.
٦٢ - وسوف تقدم المساعدة الى البلدان على تطوير استراتيجيات وسياسات وبرامج ترمي الى تنفيذ الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات .

(a) Impact. A greater compliance with the spirit and principles of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction and achieving significant and measurable results in reducing the demand for drugs;
)أ( اﻷثر: زيادة الامتثال لروح ومبادىء الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات، وتحقيق نتائج ملحوظة وقابلة للقياس في خفض الطلب على المخدرات؛

٩ - الهدف ٣ : صوغ استراتيجيات وطنية تجسد تماما المبادىء التوجيهية الواردة في الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات ، وتنفيذ تلك الاستراتيجيات بحلول عام ٣٠٠٢ .

(a) Note by the Secretariat containing a report on the meeting of the intergovernmental working group on the elaboration of an action plan for the implementation of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction (E/CN.7/1999/7);
)أ( مذكرة من اﻷمانة تحتوي على تقرير عن اجتماع الفريق العامل الدولي الحكومي المعني بوضع خطة العمل ﻷجل تنفيذ الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات (E/CN.7/1999/7) ؛

The Chairperson of the Committee of the Whole presented the outcome of the deliberations of the Committee, which had resulted in an Action Plan for the Implementation of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction.
٣٧ - عرضت رئيسة اللجنة الجامعة حصيلة نتائج مداولات اللجنة ، التي أدت الى وضع خطة عمل لتنفيذ الاعلان الخاص بالمبادىء التوجيهية لخفض الطلب على المخدرات .
