1. In its resolution 1996/7, the Economic and Social Council decided on the substantive items of the agenda for the Commission for Social Development at its future sessions and on a multi-year programme of work of the Commission for the consideration of priority subjects.
١ - في القرار ٦٩٩١/٧ بتﱠ المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في البنود الموضوعية لجدول أعمال لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية في دوراتها المقبلة وبرنامج عملها المتعدد السنوات لبحث المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية.

1. In its resolution 1996/7, the Economic and Social Council decided on the substantive items of the agenda for the Commission for Social Development at its future sessions and a multi-year programme of work for the consideration of priority subjects.
١ - بت المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في قراره ١٩٩٦/٧، في البنود الموضوعية من جدول أعمال لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية في دوراتها المقبلة، وفي برنامج عمل متعدد السنوات لبحث المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية.

25. Recognizes that the practice of inviting experts is expected to deal effectively with the priority subjects addressed in the Copenhagen Declaration and Programme of Action and to contribute to the effective follow-up to the Summit, and to that end, decides that:
٥٢ - يسلم بأن من المتوقع للممارسة المتمثلة في دعوة الخبراء أن تتناول بصورة فعالة المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية التي طرقها إعلان وبرنامج عمل كوبنهاغن وأن تساهم في المتابعة الفعالة لمؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية الاجتماعية، وتحقيقا لهذا الغرض، يقرر:

The Council also decided to invite experts to participate in the meetings of the Commission when priority subjects addressed in the Copenhagen Declaration and Programme of Action were under discussion.
كما قرر المجلس في القرار ذاته أن يدعو خبراء للاشتراك في اجتماعات اللجنة عندما تجرى مناقشة الموضوعات ذات اﻷولوية التي عولجت في إعلان وبرنامج عمل كوبنهاغن.

When selecting the priority subjects to be followed up, the Committee should keep in mind the three essential criteria of feasibility, seriousness and urgency.
ويجب على اللجنة أن تضع في اعتبارها المعايير الأساسية التالية: الجدوى والخطورة والطابع الملح، عندما تختار المواضيع ذات الأولوية التي يتعين متابعتها.

٥٢ - يسلم بأن من المتوقع أن تتناول ممارسة دعوة الخبراء بصورة فعالة المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية التي تمت معالجتها في إعلان وبرنامج عمل كوبنهاغن وأن تساهم في المتابعة الفعالة لمؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية الاجتماعية، وتحقيقا لهذا الغرض، يقرر:

Poland supports the efforts made by the Economic and Social Council to stimulate an informal dialogue within the Commission for Social Development, inter alia through the use of panels of experts to discuss with non-governmental organizations the priority subjects identified at the World Summit.
وتؤيد بولندا الجهـــود التي يبذلها المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لحفز حوار غير رسمي في إطار لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية، بوسائل مختلف من بينها استعمال أفرقة الخبراء للتناقش مع المنظمات غير الحكومية بشأن المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية التي حددها مؤتمر القمة العالمية.

155. Intercountry workshops and networking were carried out, covering priority subjects identified by the developing countries and with the subprogrammes approved for the cycle.
١٥٥ - حلقات العمل المشتركة بين اﻷقطار والربط الشبكي ـ تم الاضطلاع بها بما يغطي المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية التي حددتها البلدان النامية وبالاقتران مع البرامج الفرعية الموافق عليها لدورة البرمجة.

46. The second sub-item would be the priority subjects encompassing the core issues, commitments and related issues of the Summit.
٤٦ - وسيتمثـل البنـد الفرعـي الثانـي في المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية الشاملة للقضايا اﻷساسية، والالتزامات وما يتصل بذلك من قضايا مؤتمر القمة.

١ - في القرار ١٩٩٦/٧ المؤرخ ٢٢ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦، بت المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في البنود الموضوعية لجدول أعمال لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية لدوراتها المقبلة وفي برنامج عملها المتعدد السنوات لبحث المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية.

The agreements reached at the Conference should lead to the elaboration of programmes on priority subjects and concrete commitments, so that the developed countries and international agencies can share with the developing countries the benefits of scientific and technological progress in a new framework of united partnership for proper development.
ولابد أن تؤدي الاتفاقات التي تم التوصل اليها في المؤتمر الى وضع برامج تتعلق بالمواضيع ذات اﻷولوية وإلــــى التزامات ملموسة بحيث تتقاسم البلدان المتقدمة النمو والوكالات الدولية مع البلدان النامية مزايا التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إطار جديد من المشاركة معا لتحقيق التنمية الصحيحة.
