7- ويجب على لوائح الاشتراء أن تناقش بوجه خاص الاستثناءات من اشتراط نشر إشعار مُسبَق بالاشتراء في حالة الالتماس المباشر نظرا لصلتها ببعض شروط استخدام الاشتراء من مصدر واحد.
