285. While recognizing the efforts of the State party to disseminate the Convention and to train professionals working for and with children on the provisions and principles of the Convention, as well as to translate the Convention into the Quechua and Shuar languages, the Committee is of the view that these measures need to be reinforced.

25. The Committee recommends that the State party develop systematic ongoing training programmes on human rights, including children's rights, for all professionals working for and with children.

While recognizing the efforts of the State party to disseminate the Convention and to train professionals working for and with children in the provisions and principles of the Convention, as well as to translate the Convention into the Fijian and Hindi languages, the Committee is of the view that these measures are insufficient.
98- ومع تقدير اللجنة لجهود الدولة الطرف للنشر عن الاتفاقية وتدريب المهنيين العاملين لصالح الأطفال ومع الأطفال فيما يتصل بأحكام ومبادئ الاتفاقية، فضلاً عن ترجمة الاتفاقية إلى اللغتين الفيجية والهندية، فإنها ترى أن هذه التدابير غير كافية.

195. While recognizing the efforts of the State party to disseminate the Convention and to train professionals working for and with children on the provisions and principles of the Convention, as well as the translation of the Convention into the Maldivian language (Dhivehi), the Committee is of the view that these measures are still insufficient.

(b) Introducing legislation making reporting obligations mandatory for suspected cases of abuse and neglect for all professionals working for and with children, and training them in the identification, reporting and management of cases of illtreatment;

(f) Strengthen the dissemination of the Convention and its Optional Protocols among professionals working for and with children and among the public at large.

It also recommends the introduction of adequate and systematic training of all professionals working for and with children, in particular parliamentarians, judges, magistrates, law enforcement officials, teachers, health personnel, social workers and personnel in childcare institutions.
وتوصيها كذلك بتوفير التثقيف والتدريب المناسبين والمنتظمين لصالح جميع الفئات المهنية التي تعمل مع الطفل ومن أجله، ولا سيّما البرلمانيين، والقضاة، وقضاة المحاكم الجزئية، وموظفي إنفاذ القوانين، والمعلمين، والعاملين في مجال الصحّة، والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، وموظفي مؤسسات رعاية الأطفال.
