9. States Parties may decline to render mutual legal assistance pursuant to this article on the ground of absence of dual criminality.
9- يجوز للدول الأطراف أن ترفض تقديم المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة بمقتضى هذه المادة بحجة انتفاء ازدواجية التجريم.

The results of NAMAs undertaken by developing countries pursuant to this article shall be compiled by the Secretariat.
4- تقوم الأمانة بتجميع نتائج إجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً التي تضطلع بها البلدان النامية عملاً بهذه المادة.

In this context, the Conference requests the United Nations Department for Disarmament Affairs to establish an inventory of the types of assistance that the States Parties could provide pursuant to this article if requested.
وفي هذا السياق يطلب المؤتمر من إدارة الأمم المتحدة لشؤون نزع السلاح إجراء جرد لأنواع المساعدة التي يمكن للدول الأطراف تقديمها عملاً بهذه المادة متى طُلب منها ذلك.

8. States Parties shall not decline to render mutual legal assistance pursuant to this article on the ground of bank secrecy.
8- لا يجوز للدول الأطراف أن ترفض تقديم المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة وفقا لهذه المادة بدعوى السرية المصرفية.

19. The Conference reaffirms that the consultation procedures agreed at the Second and Third Review Conferences remain valid to be used by States Parties for consultation and cooperation pursuant to this article.

3. Where the incident consists of a series of occurrences having the same origin, time limits established pursuant to this article shall run from the date of the last of such occurrences.
