The condemnation of political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related intolerance, and the prohibition of racist and xenophobic propaganda which incites racial hatred and violence;
`10` إدانة المنابر السياسية والمنظمات القائمة على العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وحظر الدعاية العنصرية والمعادية للأجانب التي تحرض على الكراهية والعنف العنصريين؛

" 1. Condemns political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;

1. Remains convinced that political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination must be condemned as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;
1- تظل مقتنعة بوجوب إدانة برامج العمل والمنظمات السياسية القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، لكونها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية والحكم السديد الذي يتسم بالشفافية والمساءلة؛

The General Assembly also condemned political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination, as well as legislation and practices based on racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance as incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance.
وأدانت الجمعية العامة كذلك البرامج والمنظمات السياسية التي تقوم على العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب أو على عقائد التفوق العرقي وما يتصل به من تمييز، فضلا عن القوانين والممارسات القائمة على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، بوصفها لا تتفق مع الديمقراطية وأسلوب الحكم الشفاف والخاضع للمساءلة.

In 2001, during the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance in Durban and in the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action which followed, States recognized that political platforms and organizations based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and related discrimination were incompatible with democracy and accountable governance.
