3- تطلب إلى مقرر فريق الصياغة أن يعد موجزاً للردود الواردة، استناداً إلى حصيلة النتائج المؤقتة التي خلص إليها أعضاء الفريق، في الدورة الثانية للجنة الاستشارية، وأن يقدم هذا الموجز إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة؛

At its second session, the Advisory Committee continued its work on the issue by considering the working paper prepared by the Rapporteur of the drafting group, Mr. Decaux (A/HRC/AC/2/CRP.1).

30. At its fifth and sixth sessions, Mr. Chen, the Chairperson/Rapporteur of the drafting group, established to work on this issue, consisting of Ms. Chung, Mr. d'Escoto Brockmann, Mr. Hüseynov, Mr. Seetulsingh and Ms. Warzazi, presented the work to be undertaken.
30- وفي دورتي اللجنة الاستشارية الخامسة والسادسة، قام السيد تشين رئيس/مقرر فريق الصياغة المُنشأ لتناول هذه المسألة والذي يتألف من السيدة تشونغ، والسيد ديسكوتو بروكمان، والسيد حسينوف، والسيد سيتولسينغ، والسيدة ورزازي بعرض الأعمال المزمع تنفيذها.

31. At its seventh session, the Advisory Committee took note of the draft outline prepared by Mr. Chen as Chairperson/Rapporteur of the drafting group, and encouraged the drafting group to cooperate closely with the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity and to submit the outcome of its work to the Committee at its eighth session.
31- وأحاطت اللجنة الاستشارية علماً، في دورتها السابعة، بمشروع الإطار العام الذي أعده السيد تشين بوصفه رئيس/مقرر فريق الصياغة وشجعت فريق الصياغة على التعاون الوثيق مع الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي وعلى تقديم نتائج أعماله إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثامنة.

The chairperson and the Rapporteur of the drafting group participated in the seminar organized on 16 and 17 July 2009 in Marrakech, Morocco, by the Platform for Human Rights Education and Training in order to further the reflection on elements to be included in the draft declaration.
وشاركت رئيسة فريق الصياغة ومقرره في حلقة دراسية نظمها يومي 16 و17 تموز/يوليه 2009 في مراكش، بالمغرب، المنتدى المعني بالتثقيف والتدريب في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وذلك من أجل مواصلة التفكير في العناصر التي يمكن إدراجها في مشروع الإعلان.
