The question of human rights violation in Raska region (the so-called Sandzak), is exaggerated and the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia strongly rejects any allegation concerning the alleged discriminatory practice against the Muslim population.
أما مسألة انتهاكات حقوق الانسان في منطقة راسكا )المسماة بمنطقة سنجق( فهي مبالغ فيها، وترفض حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية بقوة أية مزاعم بشأن الممارسات التمييزية المزعومة ضد السكان المسلمين.

The allegations of " ... ongoing violations of human rights ... " and " ... policy of repression and ethnic cleansing ... " of the Yugoslav Muslims in the region of Raska are absolutely unfounded and are in contradiction to the facts and the situation on the ground.
الانتهاكات الجارية لحقوق الانسان ... " و " ... سياسة القمع والتطهير اﻹثني ... " فيما يتعلق بالمسلمين اليوغوسلاف في منطقة " راسكا " لا أساس لها على اﻹطلاق وتتعارض مع الحقائق والوضع على الطبيعة.

Even if some incidents do cause concern among the population of Raska, they are exclusively to be blamed on the activities of the terrorist groups involved in arms smuggling and instigating rebellion in order to create the independent " sanjak " state.
