Draft article 29 (readmission to the expelling State) recognized that, under certain conditions, an alien who had had to leave the territory of a State owing to an unlawful expulsion had the right to re-enter the expelling State.
ويعترف مشروع المادة 29 (السماح بالدخول من جديد إلى الدولة الطاردة) أنه بموجب شروط معينة، يحق للأجنبي الذي اضطُر إلى مغادرة إقليم دولة ما بسبب طرد غير مشروع الدخول من جديد إلى الدولة الطاردة.

It recognizes only, as a matter of progressive development, and on an independent basis, a right to readmission to the territory of the expelling State, the existence of which right is subject, inter alia, to a previous determination that the expulsion was unlawful.

ولا يعترف مشروع المادة، إلا في إطار التطوير التدريجي وعلى أساس مستقل، بالحق في السماح بالدخول من جديد إلى إقليم الدولة الطاردة ويُخضع ذلك الحق لمجموعة من الشروط من بينها ثبوت عدم المشروعية ثبوتاً مسبقاً بقرار ملزم.

14. It was observed that the issue of readmission to the expelling State in the event of unlawful expulsion deserved further consideration in view of limited State practice in that regard.
