3. reaffirms its determination that all relevant provisions of the Regulations annexed to the Hague Convention of 1907, and the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949,2 continue to apply to the Syrian territory occupied by Israel since 1967, and calls upon the parties thereto to respect and ensure respect for their obligations under those instruments in all circumstances;
3 - تعيد تأكيد قرارها أن جميع الأحكام ذات الصلة في الأنظمة المرفقة باتفاقية لاهــــاي لعام 1907()، واتفاقيــة جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب، المعقودة في 12 آب/أغسطس 1949(2)، ما زالت تنطبق على الأرض السورية التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام 1967، وتطلب إلى أطراف الاتفاقيتين احترام وكفالة احترام التزاماتها بموجب هذين الصكين في جميع الظروف؛

6. reaffirms its determination to take action against illegal exploitation and trafficking of natural resources and high-value commodities in areas where it contributes to the outbreak, escalation or continuation of armed conflict;
6 - يؤكد مجددا تصميمه على اتخاذ إجراءات ضد استغلال الموارد الطبيعية والسلع الأساسية عالية القيمة والاتجار بها على نحو غير مشروع، في المناطق التي يؤدي فيها ذلك إلى اندلاع نـزاعات مسلحة أو تفاقمها أو استمرارها؛

11. reaffirms its determination to endorse the results of the election for the constituent assembly provided that the United Nations certifies it free and fair;
