٨ - توصي الدول اﻷطراف السامية المتعاقدة في اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب بأن تقــوم، على الصعيد الوطنــي أو اﻹقليمي، باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب المادة ١ من الاتفاقية، من أجل كفالة احترام إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، للاتفاقية؛

8 - توصي الدول الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب بأن تقــوم، على الصعيد الوطنــي أو الإقليمي، باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب المادة 1 من الاتفاقية، من أجل كفالة احترام إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، للاتفاقية؛

" 1. recommends to the States parties to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights that they consider amending the Covenant to provide for its follow-up by a committee whose members would be elected by the States parties to the Covenant, as is the case with other, similar human rights treaty bodies;
" ١ - يوصي الدول اﻷطراف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية بأن تنظر في تعديل العهد لكي يُنَص فيه على أن تتولى متابعته لجنة تنتخب أعضاءها الدول اﻷطراف في العهد. على غرار الهيئات اﻷخرى المماثلة المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق اﻹنسان؛
