32 - يُقترح تغيير اسم قسم الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات القائم ليصبح خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الإقليمية، وإعادة تصنيف وظيفة رئيس القسم القائمة من فئة الخدمة الميدانية إلى الرتبة ف-5 وتغيير لقبه الوظيفي ليصبح نائب رئيس خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الإقليمية المقترحة.
