7. Reiterates the request of the Conference that immediate steps be taken to increase substantially the resources for the human rights programme from within existing and future regular budgets of the United Nations;
٧ - تكرر اﻹعراب عما طلبه المؤتمر من اتخاذ خطوات فورية لزيادة الموارد لبرنامج حقوق اﻹنسان زيادة كبيرة من داخل ميزانيات اﻷمم المتحدة العادية القائمة والمقبلة؛

13. Reiterates the request of the Conference that immediate steps be taken to increase substantially the resources for the human rights programme from within the existing and future regular budgets of the United Nations;
٣١- تكرر طلب المؤتمر بأن تتخذ خطوات فورية لزيادة الموارد لبرنامج حقوق اﻹنسان زيادة كبيرة من داخل ميزانيات اﻷمم المتحدة العادية القائمة والمقبلة؛

(b) That the Secretary-General and the General Assembly were requested to take immediate steps to increase substantially the resources for the human rights programme from within existing and future regular budgets of the United Nations and to take urgent steps to seek increased extrabudgetary resources (Vienna Programme of Action, para. 9);
)ب( أن يُطلب الى اﻷمين العام والجمعية العامة اتخاذ خطوات فورية لزيادة الموارد لبرنامج حقوق الانسان، زيادة كبيرة، من داخل ميزانيات اﻷمم المتحدة العادية القائمة والمقبلة، واتخاذ خطوات عاجلة لالتماس زيادة في الموارد الخارجة عن الميزانية )الفقرة ٩ من برنامج عمل فيينا(؛
