2. The Parties shall establish arrangements for the purpose of providing technical assistance and promoting the transfer of technology to developing-country Parties and Parties with economies in transition relating to the implementation of this Convention.

1. With reference to the General Assembly resolution 60/253, Cyprus would like to provide the following information, relating to the implementation of this resolution.
