If the General Assembly decided to request the Secretary-General to establish a special fund for the participation of representatives of the least developed countries in the work of the Preparatory Committee and of the diplomatic conference, Belgium would be ready to contribute to that fund, with a view to securing universal participation in the preparation process and the establishment of the court.
