In its resolution 6/3 of 27 September 2007, the Council decided to request the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity to continue his work in the preparation of a draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to submit a report on the implementation of resolution 6/3 at its ninth session, unless otherwise decided by the Council.
96- قرر المجلس، في قراره 6/3 المؤرخ 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، أن يطلب إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي مواصلة عمله المتصل بإعداد مشروع إعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي وأن يقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ القرار 6/3 إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك.

47. In its resolution 6/3 of 27 September 2007, the Council decided to request the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity to continue his work in the preparation of a draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to submit a report on the implementation of resolution 6/3 at its ninth session, unless otherwise decided by the Council.
47- قرر المجلس، في قراره 6/3 المؤرخ 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، أن يطلب إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي أن يواصل عمله من أجل إعداد مشروع إعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن تنفيذ القرار 6/3 إلى الدورة التاسعة للمجلس، ما لم يقرر المجلس غير ذلك.

(a) Decide, taking into account the urgent need to further develop guidelines, standards, norms and principles with a view to promoting and protecting the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity, to request the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity to continue discharging his mandate, subject to the review of the mandate to be accomplished by the Council in the near future;
(أ) يقرر، مراعاة منه للحاجة الملحة إلى مواصلة وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومعايير وقواعد ومبادئ بهدف تعزيز وحماية حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، أن يطلب إلى الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي مواصلة الاضطلاع بولايته، رهنا باستعراض المجلس لهذه الولاية في المستقبل القريب؛
