2. The requested State Party may, instead of postponing surrender, temporarily surrender the person sought to the requesting State Party in accordance with conditions to be determined between the Parties.

16. The requested State Party may request additional information when it appears necessary for the execution of the request in accordance with its domestic law or when it can facilitate such execution.
16- يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تطلب معلومات إضافية عندما يتبين أنها ضرورية لتنفيذ الطلب وفقا لقانونها الداخلي، أو عندما يكون من شأن تلك المعلومات أن تسهل ذلك التنفيذ.

16. The requested State Party may request additional information when it appears necessary for the execution of the request in accordance with its domestic law or when it can facilitate such execution.
16- يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تطلب معلومات إضافية عندما يتبين أنها ضرورية لتنفيذ الطلب وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو يمكن أن تسهل ذلك التنفيذ.

2. When a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State Party may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.
٢ - حينما تتلقى دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، يجوز للدولة المطلوب منها التسليم أن تعتبــر هــذه الاتفاقيــة، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢.

6. Extradition shall, in all cases, be subject to the conditions provided for by the law of the requested State Party or by applicable extradition treaties, including, in particular, conditions relating to the minimum penalty requirement for extradition and the grounds upon which the requested State Party may refuse extradition or make it subject to certain conditions.
6 - يخضع التسليم، في جميع الحالات، للشروط المحددة في قانون الدولة الطرف المطلوب منها التسليم أو في معاهدات التسليم السارية بما فيها، بوجه خاص، الشروط المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى للعقوبة الموجبة للتسليم والأسباب التي تجيز للدولة الطرف المطلوب منها التسليم رفض هذا التسليم، أو إخضاعه لبعض الشروط.

2. If a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State Party may at its option consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 1.

However, the requested State Party may, when it deems appropriate, provide assistance, to the extent it decides at its discretion, irrespective of whether the conduct would constitute an offence under the domestic law of the requested State Party.
بيد أنه يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب، عندما ترى ذلك مناسبا، أن تقدم المساعدة، بالقدر الذي تقرره حسب تقديرها، بصرف النظر عما إذا كان السلوك المعني يمثل جرما بمقتضى القانون الداخلي للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب.

2- إذا كان طلب التسليم يتضمن عدة جرائم خطيرة منفصلة، وبعض منها ليس مشمولا بهذه المادة، جاز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تطبق هذه المادة أيضا فيما يتعلق بتلك الجرائم غير المشمولة.
