(c) Requests UNHCR actively to promote accession to the 1954 Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons 7/ and the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness, in view of the limited number of States parties to those instruments, as well as to provide to interested States technical and advisory services pertaining to the preparation and implementation of nationality legislation;
)ج( ترجو من المفوضية أن تعمل بنشاط على تشجيع الانضمام الى اتفاقية عام ٤٥٩١ بشأن وضع اﻷشخاص عديمي الجنسية)٧( واتفاقية عام ١٦٩١ بشأن خفض حالات انعدام الجنسية، نظراً لضآلة عدد الدول اﻷطراف في هذين الصكين، وأن توفر الخدمات التقنية والاستشارية المتصلة بإعداد وتنفيذ تشريعات للجنسية للدول المهتمة؛

(z) Acknowledges the usefulness, in appropriate circumstances, of visits by representatives of the countries of origin to refugee camps in countries of asylum within the framework of information campaigns to promote voluntary repatriation, and Requests UNHCR, in cooperation with the countries of asylum concerned, to facilitate such visits;
)ض( تعترف بأن الزيارات التي يقوم بها ممثلو بلدان المنشأ لمخيمات اللاجئين في بلدان الملجأ في إطار حملات اﻹعلام التي تستهدف تشجيع العودة الطوعية الى الوطن هي زيارات مفيدة في الظروف الملائمة وترجو المفوضية أن تيسر هذه الزيارات بالتعاون مع بلدان الملجأ المعنية؛

(e) Requests UNHCR to give full consideration to all the recommendations of the ACABQ with respect to streamlining the budget document, with particular emphasis on:

(c) Requests UNHCR to transmit the Agenda for Protection to the General Assembly, as an annex to the report of the fifty-third session of the Executive Committee;

(d) Requests UNHCR to give adequate visibility to host countries in statements and presentations, and to encourage increased support in various forms from the international community to these countries;

(m) Requests UNHCR, jointly with UNDP, to provide a final report to the international community on the CIREFCA process, including an analysis of achievements, obstacles and pending tasks.

(l) Requests UNHCR to prepare a consolidated paper on the issue of the proposed rental of the new UNHCR Headquarters for presentation to the Standing Committee with a view to taking a decision on the matter at the earliest possible opportunity before 31 December 1996.
)ل( ترجو المفوضة السامية إعداد ورقة موحدة عن موضوع الاستئجار المقترح لمقر المفوضية الجديد لعرضها على اللجنة الدائمة بغية اتخاذ مقرر بشأن المسألة في أقرب فرصة ممكنة قبل ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٦.

(k) Emphasizes the importance of ensuring, upon CIREFCA's conclusion in May 1994, specific incorporation of the needs of refugees, returnees and displaced populations in UNDP's post-CIREFCA strategy and, to this end, Requests UNHCR and UNDP to jointly convene an informal technical meeting, before the end of 1993, and to invite countries of the CIREFCA Follow-up Committee and the international donor community;
)ك( تشدد عند اختتام المؤتمر الدولي المعني بلاجئي أمريكا الوسطى في أيار/مايو ٤٩٩١، على أهمية تضمين الاحتياجات المحددة للاجئين والعائدين والمشردين في استراتيجية برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي اللاحقة على المؤتمر الدولي المعني بلاجئي أمريكا الوسطى وتطلب من المفوضية والبرنامج الاشتراك في عقد اجتماع فني غير رسمي، قبل نهاية عام ٣٩٩١ لهذه الغاية تدعو اليه بلدان لجنة متابعة المؤتمر ومجتمع المانحين الدولي؛
