Recalls paragraph 24 of the report of the Advisory Committee,2 and emphasizes that the present resolution is without prejudice to any subsequent review of the Mission by the General Assembly and any decision it may take with regard to the budgetary arrangements, organizational structure, staffing and operational requirements of the Mission, when it considers the detailed budget submission by the Secretary-General.
