Upon the death of a staff member or of his or her spouse or dependent child, the United Nations shall pay the expenses of transportation of the body from the official duty station or, in the event of death having occurred while in travel status, from the place of death, to a place to which the deceased was entitled to return transportation under rule 107.1 or 107.2.
عند وفاة الموظف أو زوجه أو ولده المعال، تدفع اﻷمم المتحدة مصاريف نقل الجثمان من مركز العمل الرسمي، أو من مكان الوفاة في حالة حدوث الوفاة أثناء سفر مأذون به، إلى المكان الذي كان للمتوفي الحق في العودة إليه على نفقة المنظمة بموجب القاعدة ١٠٧/١ أو القاعدة ١٠٧/٢.

Should project personnel, on separation, wish to go to any other place, payment of travel expenses shall not exceed the maximum amount that would have been payable on the basis of direct return transportation to the place of recruitment or home leave.
وإذا أراد الموظف، عند انتهاء خدمته، أن يقصد أي مكان آخر، لا يجوز أن تتعدى مصاريف السفر المدفوعة الحد الأقصى للمبلغ الذي كان سيُدفع لو أن العودة كانت بالطريق المباشر إلى المكان الذي عُين منه أو إلى مكان إجازة زيارة الوطن.

13. Staff rule 107.4, Loss of entitlement to return transportation, is amended to extend the time limit within which return travel must commence from six months to two years after the date of separation.
١٣ - وعُدلت القاعدة ١٠٧/٤، سقوط حق الموظف في مصاريف رحلة اﻹياب، بتمديد الفترة التي يجب أن تبدأ أثناءها رحلة اﻹياب من ستة أشهر إلى سنتين من تاريخ انتهاء الخدمة.
