The SBI noted that the report contains a set of indicators that would be used by the SBI, to the extent possible, as one of the tools to conduct the review and assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 4, paragraphs 1(c) and 5, of the Convention, and to regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the technology transfer framework, as requested by decision 4/CP.13.
