Nevertheless, the Committee remains concerned that there is a lack of coordination in implementing all the rights in the Convention.

ويجوز أن يتقدم بالرسائل من يعاني، سواء كان فردا أو جماعة أو منظمة، من أذى سببه انتهاك حقوق واردة في الاتفاقية أو يدعي تضرره بصورة مباشرة من عدم امتثال دولة طرف لالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية، كما يجوز أن يتقدم بهذه الرسائل من له اهتمام كاف بهذه المسألة، شخصا كان أم جماعة.

70. Under the European Convention on Human Rights of 1950, petitions may be lodged by “any person, non-governmental organization or group of individuals claiming to be the victim of a violation” of the rights in the Convention.
٧٠ - يجوز، بمقتضى الاتفاقية اﻷوروبية لحقوق اﻹنسان لعام ١٩٥٠، تقديــــم الالتماســات من " أي شخــص يدعي، أو منظمة غير حكومية، أو مجموعة من اﻷفراد تدعي بالتعـــرض لانتهاك " الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية.

78. The Committee reminds States parties that ratification of the Convention on the Rights of the Child obliges States parties to take action to ensure the realization of all rights in the Convention for all children within their jurisdiction.
78- تُذَكِّر اللجنة الدولَ الأطراف بأن التصديق على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل يُلزِم الدول الأطراف بالعمل على ضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها بكل الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية.

This is best realized by respecting, protecting and fulfilling all of the rights in the Convention (and its Optional Protocols).
