The Royal Order of 11 June 1993 stipulates that the Ministers of Justice and Finance are responsible for setting the salary levels of the members of BFIPU.

In accordance with article 7 of the Royal Order of 11 June 1993, BFIPU is assisted by a secretariat composed of administrative staff, as well as staff who are responsible for assisting the financial experts.

A draft Royal Order on the recognition of these centres specializing in the care of victims is being prepared.

33. The Committee welcomes the Royal Order of 2011 granting Bahraini nationality to 335 children of Bahraini women married to foreigners and notes with appreciation the Cabinet decision of January 2014 granting Bahraini nationality to the children of Bahraini women married to foreigners, subject to certain conditions.
