2. With respect to section 27A, he said that the Advisory Committee considered that there was a need to examine the workload of all bodies dealing with the administration of justice to determine whether additional support was warranted.

21. In closing, he said that the Advisory Committee had highlighted a number of deficiencies in the administration and management of the United Nations which must be addressed on a priority basis.
