Examination of information 1. 1- إذا اقتنعت اللجنة بموثوقية المعلومات الواردة، وبأنها تفيد بانتهاك الدولة الطرف المعنية حقوق الإنسان المحددة في الاتفاقية انتهاكا جسيما منتظما، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة، من خلال الأمين العام، إلى تقديم ملاحظات بشأن تلك المعلومات في غضون فترة زمنية محددة.

The CEDAW OP states that the authors of complaints must claim " to be victims of a violation of any of the rights set forth in the Convention by that State Party " (art. 2).
