74. Given the continuing expansion of illegal settlements, the European Union urged Israel to reverse its settlement policy in the occupied territories.

(a) To reverse the settlement policy in the occupied territories, including East Jerusalem and the Syrian Golan and, as a first step towards their dismantlement, to stop immediately the expansion of the existing settlements, including " natural growth " and related activities;
(أ) أن تتخلى عن سياستها الاستيطانية في الأراضي المحتلة بما فيها القدس الشرقية والجولان السوري، وأن تقوم فوراً، كخطوة أولى نحو تفكيك المستوطنات، بوقف توسيع المستوطنات القائمة بما في ذلك لدواعي " النمو الطبيعي " وما يتصل بذلك من أنشطة؛
