If within thirty days of the date of communication by the Secretary-General a majority of the States Parties concur in the request, a Meeting shall be convened by the Secretary-General and it shall be held no earlier than thirty days and no later than ninety days after the receipt of such concurrence, unless a Meeting is already scheduled to be held within six months of the request.
فإذا وافقت أكثرية الدول اﻷطراف على الطلب خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ الرسالة التي يرسلها إليها اﻷمين العام، يدعو اﻷمين العام إلى عقد الاجتماع، ويعقد بعد ثلاثين يوما على اﻷقل وتسعين يوما على اﻷكثر من تلقي هذه الموافقة، ما لم يكن قد تقرر، فعلا، عقد اجتماع خلال مهلة ستة أشهر بعد تقديم الطلب. ـ
