(5) The Special Committee requests the Department of Public Information to continue its efforts to ensure that information bodies provide better coverage of decolonization in all regions.

(3) While noting the active participation of the Department of Public Information of the Secretariat in the work of the Committee and its efforts to produce and disseminate information on decolonization, to monitor the responses received from the United Nations information centres and to report thereon, the Special Committee requests the Department:
)٣( في حين أن اللجنة الخاصة تلاحظ المشاركة النشطة من جانب إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام باﻷمانة العامة في أعمال اللجنة وجهودها الرامية الى انتاج ونشر معلومات عن إنهاء الاستعمار، ورصد الردود الواردة من مراكز اﻹعلام التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة والتعريف بها، فإن اللجنة الخاصة تطلب من اﻹدارة:

The Special Committee requests the Department of Peacekeeping Operations to ensure the input of gender expertise in the Integrated Training Service to coordinate this effort.
وتطلب اللجنة الخاصة إلى إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام كفالة إسهام الخبراء في القضايا الجنسانية في دائرة التدريب المتكامل لتنسيق هذا الجهد.

The Special Committee requests the Department of Peacekeeping Operations and field missions to continue to provide all necessary support to the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict and closely collaborate with them on the monitoring and reporting mechanisms as key components of overall child protection efforts.
وتطلب اللجنة الخاصة من إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام والبعثات الميدانية مواصلة تقديم كل الدعم اللازم للممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بالأطفال والنـزاع المسلح وللممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بالعنف الجنسي في حالات النـزاع والتعاون الوثيق معهما على آليات الرصد والإبلاغ التي تعتبر من العناصر الرئيسية للجهود الشاملة في مجال حماية الأطفال.
